Deployment wizard

I've just installed Office 2003 Enterprise Edition. I started Access 2003
and brought in my project. Now I want to package it with the runtime for
deployment. The docs talk about a package and deployment wizard (similar to
what VB has) but I can't seem to find it on any menu selections. How do I
install/enable it? I thought I chose to install all of Access when I ran
setup.

The Package & Deployment wizard (PDW) is part of the Access Developer
Extensions (ADE) that come with VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office 2003).
Once installed it should appear as an add-in in the Access visual basic
environment (VBE).

(Note: ADE comes with the VSTO retail box. But with MSDN subs, ADE only
becomes available at the Enterprise level.)

Not sure where Office Enterprise fits into that, but I doubt that ADE/PDW
are included.

Thanks I guess I'll have to hunt for it on my MSDN DVD's (oops forgot the
acronym warning!).
