hey all,

i'm using MS Virtual PC and Visual Studio 2005 to develop a mobile app. Well
creating and debugging i guess is no problem with the new emulator, however,
what are my options for getting it to the device? Last time i heard Virtual
PC won't see my mobile device as it's connected to my usb.

thanks,
rodchar

With VMWare the Guest OS would see your USB ports.

rodchar,

You are correct - MS Virtual PC does not support USB on Windows
(curiously, the MacOS version of Virtual PC *does* support USB). Your
best bet would be VMWare Workstation (which I use extensively and
recommend) for having a virtual machine that works with USB.
