Deploying to Windows98

Greetings,

We are developing DotNet solutions with Windows XP in mind although some in
the future may be Windows98 because of lack of funds to buy new computers
with XP on them.

My question;
Any big issues with deploying local applicaions i.e. non ASP.NET
applications on Windows98????

There shouldn't be any issues. The same .NET Framework redistributable
supports Windows 98 as does Windows XP. I would make sure to apply all of
the updates at Windows Update before installing (it requires certain
updates). More info at
