Deploying SyncToy to backup local files to network

I am deploying this utility to allow me to backup staff laptop files
(archive.pst, word docs etc) to a network location. Previously i used
a cmd script to perform this task which was not a very effective
method.

I installed this tool and created a folder pair and ran the tool to
perform a backup. Everything went fine. However, I am wondering if the
folder pair information is stored in a file somewhere which i can push
onto all the staff laptops saving me having to create the config on
all the machines. This way I can completely automate this because i
plan to deploy this via Group Policies.

Does anybody know where the folder pair information is stored? In the
registry? In Documents and Settings?

The previous script defined the source as c:\%username% and
destination as u:\My files (network drive) so this worked for
everybody. I want to do something similar with SyncToy. If i can't use
%username% i won't mind writing a script if i know where the folder
pair information is stored. If it's an ascii file or registry entry i
can write a script to substitute %username% with their actual
username.

Appreciate any help if you can provide.
