Deploying dbgclr.exe?

I am having a problem with an application that is blowing up on a deployed
machine that appears to be environment specific (we are unable to reproduce
it on local machines dev/test machines). I would like to deploy dbgclr.exe
to get a handle on the section of code that is causing the problem, but it
does not appear to be xcopy deployable.

Does anyone know how to do this?
 
Found it on the Framework 1.1 SDK.... installing that installed the
debugger.
