Deploy an outlook macro

Hi,

I've to deploy an Outlook macro on more than 1000 PC...
I know I have to copy the VBAProject.otm on the other computer but
I'ld like to automatically create an icon on the toolbar allowing the
user to run the macro by clicking on it.

How is it possible to make this?
