Dependent Combo Box in Forms

when i try to apply the below mentioned procedures; when i type list2 i
the Input Range of Combo Box2, i get the msg "Reference is not Valid"

Can any body help me?

Use comboboxs from the Forms toolbar rather than from the Contro
Toolbox
