DEP (NX bit) in WIndowXP-64-enabling/disabling

Can someone confirm that DEP (aka NX bit) can not be disabled in the 64 bit
versions of WindowXP and Server2003? If it can be disable can you point me
to a article that describes how or can you explain how to disable it?
