Our scenario:
I have set up department mailboxes that ppl in that department open in
addition to their own mailbox. Those mailboxes receive quite a large amount
of mails every day, up to 1500 mails a day. And 6-8 persons open and read
those mails.
I want to be able to track who has read (I.E. changed) each mail. Also I
want to be able to create several "search folders" on the dep. mailboxes to
have different views on the mails.
I have done some experimenting and I have found out that I can use the
"Changed by" attribute when grouping mails. And use flags to indicate that a
mail has been read. But the problem is, to view search folders on the dep.
mailboxes, it seems I have to give the users "Full mailbox access". And when
I give the users full access to the mailbox, the "changed by" attribute does
not work ("changed by" is set to mailbox user rather than the user changing
the mail)
Please help, anyone. How can i make use of "search folders" on shared
mailboxes, and also track who has changed a mail item?
Thanx in advance
