denying access to default users/all users folders

Hi, we use delprof to delete inactive profiles. However users
started
storing files in all users/default users. Can we use GPO to prevent
access? These are standard users. Thanks

See the replies you received in the Server newsgroup, then have a look at
the link below to see why multiposting won't win you many friends because it
causes duplication of effort. Crossposting is the way to go.

I am not sure what crossposting is. I will take a look at your link.
The reason I choose two groups (not an overwhelming amount of
multiposting btw, IMHO) was because of not being sure which group was
more relavant.

Your reasoning was entirely correct but you chose an inappropriate solution.

Sending to two groups under such circumstances is fine. It's the *way*
you did that we almost all object to.

Please do not send the same message separately to more than one
newsgroup (called multiposting). Doing so just fragments the thread,
so someone who answers in one newsgroup doesn't always get to see
answers from others in another newsgroup. And for those who read all
the newsgroups the message is multiposted to, they see the message
multiple times instead of once (they would see it only once if you
correctly crossposted instead). This wastes everyone's time, and gets
you poorer help than you should get.

If you must send the same message to more than one newsgroup, please
do so by crossposting -- sending a single message simultaneously to
multiple newsgroups (but only to a *few* related newsgroups).
