deny move

I need users to be ale to create folder and files at a
certain level. However, I also need to restrict them from
moving those files/folder
what is the best way to do that?

1. Go into the properties for the folder that the user's need to write
folders into
2. Click Security > Advanced > Permissions
3. Choose the security group that you wish to have only write and read
permissions
4. Click View/Edit
5. Here you will see all of the individual permissions avaialable on an
NTFS folder, assign "Allow" and "Deny" rights here as needed
6. TEST your new configuration
