Deny deleting

Hi,

I want to share a directory to some other users at my work and set full
access for them except deleting files. Is it possible? Any help would be
appreciated.

And also, It is better to completely hide the content of the folder to the
users. In other words, I want them to access to the shared folder only via
an application that they can know its name on the shared folder.
