I had a problem starting up windows xp home edition, it would get as far as
the screen for loading settings, then freeze. I put in a new hard drive and
reinstalled xp on it. I then tried to copy my documents from the old hard
drive to the new one, but it will not give me access to anything in my,
"Documents and settings" folder because it was not a shared folder, Keeps
saying, Access is denied.
Is there any way of retrieving the files from the old hard drive?, I have a
lot of important files that i dont want to loose.
Thanks for any assistance
