my computer is hanging up it will not function beyond the
start click. I found a solution for it in windows 98, but
I have home xp and I do not know anything about delphi.
also when that worm virus came out I haven't been able to
get internet exployer to work properly. I was wondering
if I could delete the one I have and install a new/newer
version of it.
