dell A920 printer problem

When I attemptto print the back ink either prints very light or not at all
inspite of high ink levels showing. I tried to change cartridges but
eventually the same problem occurs again with adequate ing levels. Anyone
have any sugestions?
 
verify that you do not have the print queue or the physical printer in Draft
mode. Print a test page from the device for device config data.
