Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

How can I stop a return of "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)"?

What it is as when I send attachments of a couple of megabytes, they come
back, too.

That tends to clog up the email server and makes everything on my Outlook
2003 go at a snail's pace.

I need to be able to send out all email and not have any failure error
messages.

How can I do that?

By making sure all addresses are valid and that yor message isn't bigger
than allowed by the recipients. You might want to consider putting the
attachment of a web- or ftp-server and just e-mail the link.
Otherwise; you can't. NDA's are controlled by the server on the receiving
end.
