Delivery Receipt not working in Outlook 2003

My delivery receipt for Outlook 2003 no longer working. It has worked
flawlessly up until last week. I have not changed anything in the program.

I tried everything to try and get the delivery receipt to work, but nothing
works.

The Read Receipt works ok..

Any help appreciated.

The delivery receipt itself probably works as it should. It is more likely
that the mail server you are sending to doesn't support delivery receipts
for anti-spam reasons.

My mail server supports delivery receipt but when I test it through this
client it still fails to work. I have had no problems before sending ANY
delivery receipts to everyone, and got receipts back.

It seems that within the past few weeks something has changed...
