Deliver new emails to their rightful folders

There has to be a way (3rd party addin sofware perhaps)
to have Outlook 2002 deliver emails to their proper
folders according to email address.

Situation:
I use 4 primary email address, I'ld like to be able to
log into Outlook and read my new emails in their proper
folders. Microsoft Outlook has this feature (that I think
is completely dumb) to deliver all new emails to a
specific folder. Hence, per every email address account
you have in the profile, you have their equivalent Inbox
Folders, BUT Outlook will only delivery (ALL) the new
emails to the specified 'Deliver new e-mail to the
following location'.

The only thing I could find is to make separate profiles,
having to log into these separate profiles I believe is
Anti-Multitasking. Also, you cannot have your emails
automatically be scanning for new mail.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
