There are misc. links in a spreadsheet that was just sent to me. How
can I remove them without going through and deleteing the links
manually, one by one.

Depending on your version just do Edit / Links / Break link, which will hardcode
the valuyes from any links and do away with the links in one go. If you don't
have that in your version then personally I would go with Frank's link to Bill
Manville's Findlink.
