Delimeter question from a newbie

When I open a file I have exported it is squeezed together with
commas. What do I do to make this look like figures nestled nicely in
my spreadsheet? There must be an easy way.
 
If you are importing a file that is not in an Excel format
the Text Import Wizard should open and give you the choice
of either using Delimited or Fixed data. Choose the
Delimited, the next screen will then ask for the type of
Delimiters. Tab, Semicolon, Comma etc. Choose the Comma
and follow the rest of the instructions.
