deletion of the public file

i want to delete the public file.
the other question: the USER-file to copy to the second hard disk drive.
i want nearly the same scheme like xp prof sp2.
i dont like to be manipulated by microsoft, that i have to use a scheme of
vista.

1. All modern operating systems (Linux, OS X, Vista) have a Public
folder. It is a system folder. You don't need to use it, but leave it
alone. You are not being manipulated by anyone. You are also not forced
to use this operating system.

2. I don't understand your second question. Please rephrase so we know
exactly what you are trying to do.
