deleting users

I have Vista Home Premium on 2 of my computers and cannot delete users from
either one. The books I have show that when you go to manage accounts and
select the undesired acct, you get 6 options including the options to set a
password and to delete the account. Neither one of these options appears on
either of my computers. The only options that appear are to change the
picture or to turn off the guest account. Can anyone tell me how to delete
a user from my computer?
 
I have Vista Home Premium also and had no trouble deleting an account that I
had created. Went to Control Panel/User Accounts/Manage Another Account and
deleted it no problem. All it asked was whether I wanted to keep the files
from that account.
