deleting user accounts

i have made an account and it wont let me to change the
type from admin to limited. So i decided to delete it and
found i can't find where to delete it. It doesn't have an
option anywhere in the User Accounts part of Control
Panel. If you have solutions to either please reply.
 
This applies to the computer administrator
Open control panel, select user accounts, and there are two options
1. select the account you wish to delete or change, and select change account type, and select limited account
2. log in as the user you wish to delete or change, and it should give you the right to change the account type
