deleting temporary internet files

Hi. Are these dangerous? I have some that the machine just will not let me
delete. It says unable to delete as cannot find source file or something
like that. Please can you help? Ideally idiot proof answers. Please do not
just tell me to visit some website!! Thanks
 
Hi

That message would normally indicate that the file has already been deleted.
Reboot, then see if the file(s) are still referenced.
