Deleting Temporary Internet Files

Hi

Is deleting temporary internet files through the UI the only way to delete
those files? I am looking for a way to delete just some files to clear
entries in the index.dat file.

Or is it simply an all or nothing (which I am suspecting)?

The customer specifically does not want to just delete all of the files
(thus the question).

This small program lets you choose which files to delete,if you only want to
clear the index.dat and leave the rest you can do it.

OP wants to selective delete only parts of Index.dat, not clear it entirely.
CCleaner does not give you that option.

I must have missed read the post, I thought he wanted to clear the index.dat
and leave the rest.

Have you tried? There is a Delete command associated with each
item in the TIF Viewer. (Whether it deletes things reliably is another
matter.) I would expect it to at least delete both the file from the cache
and remove the associated entry from the TIF's index.dat.
