Each time I try to delete these files I get following
message.

Cannot delete file or folder
Cannot read from the source file or disk.

How can I delete them?

Thank you

Hi,

Some TIFs may be in use. You cannot delete them.

Try this method: Delete the History folder and index.dat:

You can manuelly do this, open windows explorer and go
to your windows folder. there you will find temp internet
file and open it, delete all and that should take care of
it. Hope this was some help for you, smiles to you
