Deleting temp (part)programmes

Help someone...please?!

fsg-4104.exe is part of a deleted programme stored in
Windows\temp\Adare which Windowns will not let me delete,
telling it's in use or something!
Although Norton keeps blocking it from accessing my
system, I'd really like to delete it - does anyone know
how I can do this please?

go into task manager and see whats running and using that
file.
stop it from running and then delete the file.
you may be able to delete it in safe mode, also.
