Deleting temp adware (part)programmes

Help, someone.Please!?

'fsg-4104.exe' is stored in my Windows/temp\adware folder
and Windows will not let me delete it! Norton keeps
picking it up and blocking it when it trys to access my
system, but it's really annoying. Does anyone know how I
can get rid of it please?

Have you tried to delete it in safe mode?
