Deleting Tabs in Microsoft Forms

I currently have a form that has been created. I am making
modifications and do not know how to delete tabs (already created)
while designing this form.

Please help!

If you meant you want to delete the whole TabControl then
simply select the TabControl then hit the Delete key or
the Menu Edit / Delete.

If you want to delete only a Page of the TabControl, right-
click on the little Tab corresponding to the Page and
select Delete Page.
