Hi,
I have a 60 GB HD, 8 GB are left free, and 4.6 GB used by system restore
info. I understand that if I delete the system restore info to get space
I have to delete ALL system info. Is this ok? I'd like to delete system
restore up to the last month when all the installations run well. Is
theer a way to partially delete system restore info ?

Thanks
Frank

One option is to decrease the amount of space allocated to system
restore. Do that from the system restore settings screen. The default
of 12% is way to much and anyway SR isn't much use beyond 2 or 3 weeks.
When you decrease the amount of space allocated the oldest restore
points will be purged to meet the space allocation.

Turning off SR removes all restore points. Using the option provided in
disk cleanup removes all but the most recent restore point.

Yup. But you won't know what's getting deleted until you've finished.
From inside the main System Restore screen, click on System Restore
Settings. Then choose the drive you want to change the settings on,
click on Settings, and change the size of the area you want to dedicate
to System Restore.

Disk Cleanup gives the option to delete all but LAST restore point.

its under the EXTRA options
