Deleting single file on daily schedule

I have a file I want to automatically delete each day at a certain time. How do I do that in XP Home?
 
I tried the following but it doesn't work in XP home. What am I doing
wrong? Thanks.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe del "C:\Documents and
Settings\Jess\Desktop\Outlook\onyx.txt"
