Deleting "Run" Commnads

Hi all,

How can I clear the "Run" commands and entries?

usually you can do this by deleting your offline content
[internet option panel >General tab >temporary Internet files section

Delete Files... button]

or if you are an advanced user you can do this by deleting string values in
this registry key
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\RunMRU
1-delete all String values from a to z
2- set value of MRUList to none!

WARNING :: if you are not an advanced user do not modify your Registry
because your windows will be damaged!

edit the registry and empty out all the runMRU hives.
