Deleting recent sites

While learning to use FrontPage 2003 I ended up with a number of useless web
sites in the File drop down showing "Recent Sites". How do I delete these
practice sites from this listing? Thanks

They're maintained in the system registry.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Explorer\FrontPage Explorer\Recent File
List
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Explorer\FrontPage Explorer\Recent Page
List
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Explorer\FrontPage Explorer\Recent Publish
List
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\FrontPage\Explorer\FrontPage Explorer\Recent Web List

Do not delete the value named: Default
