Deleting Read Receipt

How do I delete a read receipt in Outlook 2002?

Since it doesn't show up in the Outbox, I don't know how
to delete it and it is creating an error problem with my
AT&T mail server.

Do you have access to an outgoing server other than AT&T's? If so, try
setting your outgoing server for your account to point to that and it may be
able to send it. Otherwise, you're going to have to go through a lot of
hoops to get rid of the receipt. Two options:

1) Create a new .pst file, copy all your saved messages, etc. to it, and set
it as your default data file (the receipt will be left behind in the old
..pst).
2) Use something like OutlookSpy (http://www.dimastr.com/outspy/) to find
and delete the receipt, which will be in the root of your IPM subtree.
