Deleting private folders

I recently moved all my data from one PC to another, and
can't access certain folders. I kept the same admin
account and password, and even renamed the new PC the same
as the old one. I've since copied the files in question
into other folders that I can access, but can't delete the
old ones that keep telling me "Access is denied." Any
ideas? I've even tried deleting them with ZTreeWin w/o
success.
