Deleting Permantely

When I delete a mail from my inbox, the messages goes to the deleted folder.
I had already checked the option of deleting message from the deleted folder
upon exiting.

Is there any method, when a mail is deleted from any folder, can it be
deleted permantely, without its presence in the deleted folder.

Though the deleted folder also counts the mail box size, it is a hell to
delete it manually from the deleted folder before exiting from the outlook

Shift-Del will do it.

Press SHIFT+DELETE to permanently delete the item.
