Deleting one operating system

I need help, I have search everywhere in the net, and still unable to find
answer to my question.

I have install windows vista twice, how do I go about deleting one of them.
I have already been using one of the os for quite some time, how do I ensure
I delete away the correct one.

If you click the start orb, and type:
MSCONFIG
The BOOT Tab will allow setting the startup of your choice, and deleting
others.

or you can use command line tools to do it.
