Deleting more than one file....hundreds....

How can I delete multiple files ? My virus program is
catching hundreds of 1k files and putting them in the
email program folder. I am going nuts clicking and
deleting them one by one. Is there not a way to highlight
of batch all of these together and then delete ?

- Click View, then Details
- Click the Name field, to sort your files by name
- Check if they are all bunched together
- Single-click the first file
- Shift-click the last file
- Press the Delete key on the keyboard
