deleting large files from Outlook

How do I delete a large file (8MB) that's stuck in the outbox in Outlook
2003? Outlook gave me a message that the file has exceeded it's limits, but
it won't let me delete it. It's been trying for 2 days to send it, so I want
to just delete the file. Thanks.
 
File: work offline
Close Outlook
reopen Outlook and delete the message that is stuck
Close Outlook and reopen online
