Deleting history from My Recent Documents window

This is really easy to do with Windows 2000, but for the
life of me I can't figure it out with XP. The only way I
can do it is to delete ONE AT A TIME, I know there must
be an easier way. Can you help me. Please.

Right-click on the taskbar, go to properties, start menu, customize, and hit
the Clear button.
