deleting folders

When I try to delete a folder on my computer it says 'Cannot delete. The
directory is not empty.' How can I delete this folder?

There must be a process, or a dll file still in the memory that is
still running inside that folder. Try restarting and deleting after it
boots? If not there are programs that will delete the folder before the
operating system starts (for trojans or programs you can't delete once
windows is booted)
