Sometimes i can´t delete folders.
It says that someone(or some program) is using this folder.
How do i find out what is using that folder?

There are folders like MSN Gaming Zone, xerox, moviemaker which are
protected by System File Checker.
The thing you can do; Search for sfcfiles.dll, there will probably be two.
One in windows\system32 and one in dllcache.
Rename them to sfcfiles.dll.old, reboot and you will be able to delete those
directories.
Since you no longer have System File Checker they will not be put back at
startup.

I put up a fix to this problem just yesturday, although I
have been unable to locate it here yet.

I ran into a similar situation recently and determined
that allowing the autoupdate feature to download and
install update #KB823182 was the cause of the problem. I
was unable to open, move, copy or delete files I created
myself and Word was unable to save changes to the
Normal.dot file, which is where settings are saved.

Check your update history to see if update #KB823182 was
recently installed. If so, uninstall it and see if this
doesn't clear up your problem. This update was located
under the Critical Update section of the auto-update list
on the MS web site.

Hope this helps.
