I have been having problems w/ my computer [Dell Inspiron bought 2005]. My
operating system is WinXP Pro w/ SP2. Things were so bad, I had a
professional repair person here to fix my computer. Somewhere along the way
some malware [viruses and spyware] crept in [although I have anti-virus and
anti-spyware programs]. All of the malware was deleted EXCEPT for one file
which could not be deleted...no matter how we tried.

Is this possible?

Thank you,

Barry Karas

Did you try to delete the file in safemode or run a anti-spyware program in
safemode.

Hii many av cleaners delete or quarentine infections if u are not able to
delete it rename the file in dos prompt, reboot and u shd be able to delete
it. else use unlocker to unlock all locked resources and delete the file.
