deleting files

I have administrator rights, but I can't delete a file
put on the C drive when made from MS word. Also cannot
drag or copy it to recycle bin. Any ideas???

Try this...Select file then select Cut, close Windows
explorer. Go to your desktop, right click on the Recycle
Bin, then select Paste.
