Deleting empty rows/cols?

Hi all,

I have a workbook with 30+ sheets. None have more than 20 rows of actual
text in cells but some sheets are 1000s of rows long with blank cells
(indicated by the scroll bar).

All of these blank cells are exported when I 'export to web page', which is
where I need the data to go.

How can I get rid of these cells?
