1. I created an email template in Outlook 2007 and want to delete it. I
couldn't find a way to delete it in Files>Choose Forms, etc. I tried to find
the path thinking I just needed to delete it from a file.
2. When creating a form, it is instructed to save it in the User Templates
in File System. Is there a disadvantage or problem with saving a form in the
Personal Forms Library?
3. How come folders that I created show up in the forms list? Is there a
problem with deleting these folders?
Thanks.

Franieb,
Have you tried a search for *.OFT files, then delete from the search list.

1. My Computers> TOOLS> Folder Options> View tab> Select to show all hidden
folders.
2. Start button> Search> Type: "*.oft" (w/o quotes)> Search all your drives
on your PC.
3. When the search is complete> Identify the problem templete> Right=click
it> Delete.
