Excel's Filter feature also can do this. What it would do is copy the
unique records to a different location. Select Data, Filter, Advanced
Filter from the Excel menu. You want to:
Make sure Excel selects the right list.
Tell Excel where to put the filtered data
Make sure Unique Records only is cheked.
Make sure your columns have a heading and the heading should be bold or
otherwise distinguishable from the rest of your list.
