deleting duplicate rows

I have a spreadsheet that contains over 1700 rows of data. The problem is that some rows are duplicated or tripled. This doesn't seem to have a pattern. The column that shows if a row is duplicated is column H.

How can I make it understand that if h3=h2, I want it to delete the whole of row 3? I'm not sure if I need a formula with an "if" statement or a macro. I've written simple ones of each before, but this escapes me. Please help!

Thanks in advance..
Jennifer
