I don't know how large your spreadsheet is, but you could try changin
the setting to display Formulas (Tools>Options | View tab, in th
Windows Options section, place a check next to Formulas)
You could then clear any cell that does not contain a formul
(remember, you can select multiple cells by holding down the CTRL ke
while selecting - then press Delete)
Select the range that contains the values you want to clear--don't include
headers/instructions/or anything else that you want to keep.
Then Edit|goto|special
click constants
click ok
hit the delete key on your keyboard to clear those cells.
