Deleting and replacing file in System32 folder

My System32\msvsres.dll file is infected with the Urbin trojan. I have quarantined the flie and need to replace it. How can I get a copy of the file and how do I replace it?
 
Thanks Carey, the system will not let me delete it. How do I get around the system to delete it
